The Master, managed by PIN with the collaboration of the Department of Chemistry of the University of Florence, is run in partnership with world-class flavours and fragrances companies.
The program consists in 80 hours of lecture-based classes (15 ECTS) and 50 hours of laboratory and smelling sessions (8 ECTS).
All lectures are delivered in English and entirely online (asynchronous). The recordings are available 24/7 in a Google Drive folder.
